The majority of Kador Elite consist of True Amarrians followed by a few numbers of other Amarr bloodlines, There are two members of Kador Elite who are not within an Amarr bloodline, and serve on the Board of Directors, these people are highly respected, and have favorable loyal family ties. Although inorder to be recruited into an active Kador Elite starfleet unit, You must be True Amarr and a graduate from Imperial Academy or Hedion University, majoring in exeutive command or special forces.
